Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)

• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads
• The candidates should thrive in a work environment that requires them to work under pressure
• The candidates should have a keen attention to detail in all aspects of their work
• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors

• The candidates should have a strong client focus, prioritizing effective communication and customer satisfaction, and be flexible in adapting to changing client needs and expectations
• The candidates should exercise good judgment in client interactions and decision-making, be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities related to client engagement, and be a team player fostering collaboration within the team and with clients
• The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills to facilitate effective client communication

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, exhibit professionalism in customer service, and receive and relay information to central dispatch
• The candidates should be able to load and unload goods, use maps and other trip planning aids, and record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
• The candidates should be able to perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, oversee all aspects of the vehicle, provide customer service, and effectively follow directions and read maps
