Requirements:

 

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should prioritize client focus, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met satisfactorily, and be organized, managing tasks and responsibilities effectively to meet objectives
• The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• • The candidates should be able to deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand efficiently, and operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products safely and promptly
  • The candidates should demonstrate professionalism in customer service while interacting with clients and stakeholders, and be able to accept payment or invoices for items delivered accurately and securely
  • The candidates should be able to assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products according to instructions, and keep a record of items received and delivered accurately, maintaining organized documentation
  • The candidates should be able to prepare, package, and restock goods efficiently, ensuring proper handling and presentation, and accept and deliver messages and packages for events, conferences, or assemblies promptly and accurately

• The candidates should be able to load and unload goods safely and effectively, following established protocols, and sort packages accurately for efficient delivery
• The candidates should be able to follow directions and read maps to navigate routes effectively, and use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize travel routes
• The candidates should record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered during travel, and perform administrative tasks related to delivery operations
• The candidates should be able to pay and receive payments for goods accurately and securely, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all aspects of vehicle maintenance and safety
