We are currently looking for a dedicated Electrician & Heavy Equipment Technician who has experience working on heavy duty equipment and is interested in growing their knowledge in the trade! The Electrician & Heavy Equipment Technician will report directly to the Service Supervisor and is responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of both mechanical and electrical equipment as well as switchgear wiring.
If you are a safety conscious team player, self-motivated, autonomous, detail-oriented individual who possesses your Journeyperson Electrician & Heavy Equipment Technician certification and has interest in expanding your knowledge of heavy equipment, then you are exactly who we are looking for!

Job Description:
- Service, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
- Service, troubleshoot, repair and rebuild mechanical equipment (including general maintenance to full rebuilds of CAT engines)
- Assist in fulfilling our customer service commitment
Qualifications:
- Interprovincial Electrician Certification
- Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician Certification would be consisted an asset
- Previous experience on heavy duty equipment will be required
- Power Generation experience is required
- Generator experience would be considered an asset
- Team player capable of working with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organization, and communication skills and a commitment to safety
Notes:
- Hourly rate: $39.62 - $47.95 / hr (plus allowances, premiums)
- This position is located at our Saskatoon branch on a 5x2 Shift
- This position will potentially require field work
- A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
