Your Contribution
- Oversee and manage the content strategy, architecture, and performance of the company's website
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and maximize traffic
- Manage SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads to increase awareness and generate leads
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and implementation within website content
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure website alignment with overall marketing strategy
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SEO/SEM efforts and adjust strategies as necessary
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize conversion rate for our digital assets to enhance performance and customer experience
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and changes in algorithms
- Handle any associated tasks with digital marketing campaigns
Your Profile
- Proven experience in managing websites and implementing successful SEO/SEM strategies
- Experience with social media platforms and strategies
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools and concepts in a digital marketing context is a plus
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and industry best practices
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Skilled in website optimization tools and keyword resources
- Good knowledge or familiarity with Drupal
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and French
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or similar experience preferred
