Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• The candidates should be able to plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies, and inspect kitchens and food service areas
• The candidates should be able to train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, clean the kitchen and work areas, and manage kitchen operations
