The Industrial Millwright will be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment used in the facility for daily production. They will ensure safe plant operations and a safe working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematic and drawings to determine work procedures and/or order necessary parts.
  Trouble shoot repairs, install processing and packaging equipment with a working knowledge of electrical, utilities and facilities systems to allow efficient repair/replacement result
• Conduct planned preventive & predictive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
• Actively participate in preventive maintenance program on building equipment processing equipment daily.
  Efficient production equipment set up, inspection and shutdown of all related equipment when required, including process changeovers.
  Assist in planning, organizing of work activities (drawing interpretation, parts preparation).
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial equipment and power transmission, pump, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Requirements:

• Licensed Millwright (433A)
• Knowledge of conveyors, high speed slicers, pumps / compressor, electrical / electronic controls.
• Knowledge of pipe fitting practices and steam piping.
• Working knowledge of vacuum systems, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Strong SAP skill sets.
• Must be able to work independently, work with contractors and other Reliability personnel
• Perform any other duties as assigned

They will ensure safe plant operations and a safe working environment for all employees.

• Conduct planned preventive & predictive maintenance and keep maintenance records

• Certified Journeyman Electrician with 5+ years’ experience. Preference to those with proof of completing the Industrial Apprenticeship Program
• Knowledge of conveyors, high speed slicers, pumps / compressor, electrical / electronic controls and high speed packaging equipment
• Strong working knowledge of HMI's, electric motor controls, programmable logic controllers, basic wiring circuits and skills necessary to safely test common electrical systems and make minor repairs where permitted
• 442A licensing an asset vs. 309A

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and inspect the motor in operation, road test motor vehicles, and test automotive systems and components
• The candidates should be able to adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems, repair or replace mechanical units or components, and test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications
• The candidates should be able to estimate parts and labour costs, perform scheduled maintenance service, and test and adjust units to specifications
• The candidates should be able to complete reports to record problems and work performed, coach and instruct apprentices, and review work orders and discuss work with the supervisor
• The candidates should be able to provide customer service, replace front-end components, body components, doors, frame, and underbody components, and repair or replace interior components
