Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Cyber as a Service, Monitoring, L1, Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • A shift based schedule to continuously monitors the alert queue

  • Triages security and device alerts 

  • Receives phone calls from clients and create necessary ticket for the incident or request and channel it to the required team for action

  • Collects data and context necessary to initiate investigation over to Cyber Threat Investigator

  • Follows alerts and incidents playbooks/runbooks

  • Primarily responsible for security monitoring, detection, response 

  • Ensure incident identification, assessment, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring

  • Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvements to achieve operational objectives

  • Framework, Review policies and highlight the difficulties in managing SLAs

  • Management, administration & maintenance of security devices 

  • Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring

  • Responsible for integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM

  • Coordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them 

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Relevant experience in Information Technology and Information Security

  • Experience in security device management and multiple SIEM platforms 

  • Experience in performing vendor management

  • In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc.

  • Experience in MSSP environment

  • Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix

  • Proficient in Incident Management and Response

  • Knowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security threats 

  • Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation

  • Excellent communication and initiative skills

  • Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders

  • Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills

  • CISSP and GIAC certifications preferred

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives

  • Overseeing a portfolio of cross-functional categories, with multiple concurrent projects 

  • Managing the portfolio spend, developing cost reduction strategies, conducting rigorous market analyses, recommending short-term and long-term sourcing opportunities, providing risk/benefit analysis, leading/facilitating supplier evaluations, negotiations, and change management efforts, managing cost reduction programs and transactional activities in pursuit of total cost of ownership savings and enhanced service levels for the category portfolio

  • Tracking and reporting the performance of the category portfolio, as well as managing any modifications to the portfolio 

  • Leading or participating in supplier audit activities and various cross-functional projects or initiatives 

  • Conducting periodic portfolio spend analyses and develop sourcing strategies to drive cost reductions, and improved service levels and quality 

  • Managing cross-functional teams to execute the category-specific sourcing strategies, including the development of requirements, drafting of RFx documents, identification of supplier evaluation criteria, leading the negotiations process, and facilitating the contracting process 

  • Resolving or assisting in resolution of conflicts within and between projects 

  • Leading the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities and best practices 

  • Developing and sustaining processes and procedures for efficient sourcing in procurement 

  • Maintaining effective relationships with suppliers associated with assigned category portfolio 

  • Monitoring transactional activities and deliver to KPIs, manage supplier performance to contract, facilitate issue resolution and response to end user queries 

  • Developing and maintain necessary tools to track performance of category portfolio and associated suppliers 

  • Performing savings tracking and report realized savings on a continuous basis 

  • Setup and managing eSourcing

  • Participate in all testing activities during the agile product implementation process, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Gen AI solutions  

  • Contribute to insights, risk evaluations and estimation discussions, ensuring that testing considerations are well-integrated into project planning 

  • Propose innovative ideas and improvements to the testing process of the Gen AI solution, continuously enhancing its quality  

  • Identify opportunities for automation as you will be responsible for implementing in house testing automation frameworks to streamline and expedite the testing process
