Electrical engineer Full-time Job

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Office, and CATIA
Credentials: Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
Security and safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance

Location: 141 Laurier Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1P 5J3
Shifts: 08:00 to 17:00

Candidate Status:

• • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to conduct feasibility, design operation, and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks
• The candidates should be able to prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications
• The candidates should be able to design electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment
• The candidates should be able to supervise and inspect the installation and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
• The candidates should be able to investigate electrical or electronic failures
• The candidates should be able to prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance
