Responsibilities  :

  • Seize all sales opportunities in your territory and with your customers;
  • Sell the various promotional plans and promote new products according to the company's strategies and established objectives;
  • Ensure adequate distribution of products, by brand and packaging, to all licensees, in accordance with established objectives;
  • Take and manage customer inventories, bringing them to an ideal level, taking into account sales opportunities that arise;

Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Full-time Job

In the role of Maintenance Planner/Scheduler working in Chilliwack, BC you will be part of the Maintenance and Engineering team in our Fraser Valley brewery. You will be responsible for contributing to World Class Maintenance Program through utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance practices to effectively manage maintenance planning and scheduling in the Fraser Valley Brewery while optimizing resources, time and material to execute tasks. This position reports to the Technical Services Manager.

 

The targeted salary range of this position is $76,000 - $90,000 based on experience. Bonus, 401k matching, and other benefits also included.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Maintenance Team Leaders, to develop complete work plans for corrective, preventive, and predictive work that include safety information, job steps, parts required, special tools needs, and estimated man hours by trade. Shop floor planning of mechanical and electrical maintenance work. This would also include contacting vendors for parts required or contractors for outsourced work. Parts kitting for all planned work prior to scheduling. 
  • Deliver the weekly work schedule utilizing trade availability, contractors and autonomous maintenance teams to align with production schedules and maintenance windows.
  • Maintain a current backlog of work for Trades and Contractors, this would consist of Preventative, Predictive, Statutory and Condition Based tasks.
  • Ensure the Planning and Scheduling functionality is maintained within the CMMS system. 
  • Lead weekly planning & scheduling meetings to align maintenance activities for running and shut-down maintenance with Production teams. Ensure maintenance schedules include work permits, safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the teams to provide quality feedback. Utilize this information to make improvements to preventive and predictive maintenance tasks within the CMMS.
  • Backfill Maintenance Team Leaders role when required. Assume all duties to provide effective maintenance support for Operations.
  • Member of the Progressive Maintenance pillar team. Owner of Daily Management Systems (lubrication and maintenance planning & scheduling) as part of the team. Completion of ‘step up cards’ to check knowledge of pillar deliverables.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience as a licensed Tradesman or a degree in a technical field, ideally mechanical.
  • Experience working with vendors, identifying, sourcing machine parts and electrical components. Able to communicate with Team Leaders and Trades to provide required parts and tools.
  • Experience as a Maintenance Team Leader is a definite asset.
  • Proficient in the use of a CMMS system for Planning & Scheduling. Experience in the use of SAP PM module for Planning & Scheduling would be beneficial.
  • A background in a unionized industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Both technically strong and people oriented, you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are a strong team player.
  • You can work successfully and independently and adapt as necessary in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.

Six Pints Collective is currently seeking a Marketing Manager, National Brands, to join our team, based in Toronto, ON.  Reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Manager and part of the Marketing Leadership Team, this role will be primarily accountable for leading the development and execution of brand plans & marketing initiatives that contribute towards building extraordinary brands, in order to deliver the brand and business’s annual operations plan.

 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will lead the team responsible for the brand management of Hop Valley, Rickards, India Beer and Fine Company. Hop Valley and Rickards are national in scope, with India and Fine Company primarily in the Atlantic.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Brand strategy – Ensuring consistent application of the brands strategies in terms of consumer targeting, brand positioning and application of brand codes. Use of consumer, shopper and customer insights to ensure the brand strategies remain relevant over time (and adapting as necessary).
  • Integrated brand planning – leveraging consumer, shopper, customer insights, competitor and category information and internal performance data to determine brand objectives. Develop tactics to achieve these objectives, requiring coordination of all marketing mix levers and alignment with key partners (brand homes, sales, production, finance), including budget allocation.
  • Brand execution – Development and delivery of projects and programs, working with external agencies and internal partners ensuring activity creatively brings the brands to life, as well as being delivered on time and to budget. On-going tracking of brand and competitor performance and responding to changing market situations and competitor activity in order to deliver our Annual Operating Plan ambitions.
  • Innovation – Working with partners in the business, including Master Brewers, to develop a pipeline of differentiated innovation concepts that are aligned with consumer trends, meet customer needs and reflect the brand’s positioning. End-to-end project ownership including feasibility (with production), business case (with sales and finance), internal and customer sell-in and consumer launch and tracking.
  • People Management – Manage two direct reports (Assistant Brand Managers) and responsible for all people management processes (goal setting, performance management and reviews, development and progression etc.) as well as providing on-going coaching, structure and prioritization. Six Pints operates a matrix organization within Molson Coors and so in addition to formal people management you are also required to coordinate the efforts of a broader group of people in order to develop and deliver the brand plans, including Brand Activation, Innovation, Production, Customer Service Teams, Sales and Finance. Mentor / Mentee opportunities are also available.

Experience
