They also complete minor repairs depending on their skills and knowledge. They will also assist other members of the maintenance team as time allows.

• Inspect, diagnose and service electric powered lift truck systems, including electrical, steering, braking, hydraulic, frames, transmissions, drive axles, suspension, and wheels and lifting systems pertaining to powered lift truck equipment.

In this challenging role you will be a member of a team working in a high production environment performing preventative maintenance to locomotives. The starting Diesel Mechanic rate is $45.24/hr. The Diesel Mechanic classification will be determined by experience and current shop mix.

Description:

As a Maintenance Worker I, you may perform routine tasks related to grounds keeping and facility maintenance. Working independently and/or as part of team, you may maintain lawns, flowerbeds, trees and shrubs, collect and dispose garbage, remove snow and ice, spread salt and sand, clean mechanical rooms and shop areas, and assist tradespeople and other maintenance staff as needed.

This position performs general yard quality control. This position will be responsible for maintaining adequate egress in and around the yard. They will work directly with shifters and drivers in preparation of trailers for staging and dispatch to customer locations and general equipment flow. This position may include other work as directed.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares work zone with suitable equipment in accordance with current guidelines.
• Assists with organizing specified set-up.
• Checks the quantity and condition of delivery units.
• Fills out documentation or records and validates information on the appropriate media. ie. yard check
• Cleans work environment during or after operations.
• Reports any malfunctions to the supervisor.

The Engineering Maintenance Manager is responsible for effectively planning, organizing, leading, and overseeing the Engineering and Maintenance department. Key Responsibilities of this role include: 
•    Ensure that the factory operates at the highest possible efficiency at the lowest cost, by proper selection, installation, maintenance, and modification of all equipment/machinery.
•    Direct maintenance of equipment and plant infrastructure to meet production requirements and minimize downtime.
•    Develop and execute capital projects to meet schedules and budgets.
•    Lead continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, and production systems.
•    Manage the maintenance supervisor and personnel; effectively delegate work assignments and develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members.
•    Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
•    Proactively support internal and external customers (i.e., Operations, Quality, Safety, Human Resources, etc.).
