We are looking for a qualified Developer to work with the Notification Services team in Scotia Digital, who can deliver high quality code, write unit tests, provide UAT support, implementation, and operational support.

The Marketing Technology team enables the productivity of our marketing and go-to-market business teams by providing results-oriented solutions through reliable and scalable systems. We partner with stakeholders across Yelp to build systems that allow business teams to move fast, learn quickly, and continue to offer the best products and services used by millions of people every day.
In this role, you will lead a team of collaborative marketing technology experts (Business Systems Analysts) tasked with delivering and maintaining high-value solutions for Marketing within enterprise applications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and Pardot. You will be responsible for architecting and communicating the vision and roadmap for Yelp marketing’s enterprise applications, ensuring Yelp is getting the most out of these tools. Through collaboration with Product, Engineering and Marketing leaders, this role will be accountable for delivering solutions enabling Yelp Marketing to execute their vision including cross-channel campaigns, critical data insights, in highly effective systems.

What you'll do:
- Develop and communicate a vision and investment roadmap for Yelp marketing’s enterprise application stack.
- Build strong partnerships with technical and Marketing leadership to exchange ideas, understand goals, and advocate for the right approach and timing to achieve those goals.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to execute against a shared roadmap with a common goal of enabling Marketing.
- Focus the team's efforts on the most impactful areas in line with company goals and systems best practice.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, providing guidance and expertise to their processes and project methodology.
- Create a collaborative work environment that fosters transparency, innovation and learning, while holding a high bar for delivering results.

What it takes to succeed:

- Significant experience developing marketing technology solutions, managing projects and full implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems.
- Several years of people management experience.
- Experience with b2b and b2c marketing applications including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze.
- The ability to see systems and processes as a strategic differentiator.
