We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Vice President, Supply Chain and Vice President, Strategic Infrastructure & Capacity Planning in managing the administrative duties within a large matrixed operation. 

Responsibilities

•    High-volume scheduling & efficient calendar management: strategically organize meetings, events, and tasks to optimize the VP’s time and keep productivity on track. Proactively book senior leader meeting cadences using sound judgement to manage through scheduling conflicts, and log & manage scheduling requests 
•    Meeting management: coordination with attendee calendars/EAs, support the creation and circulation of pre-read materials and agendas, logistics and preparation of the meeting events (both on and off-site), minutes/meeting recordings, post-meeting overviews and takeaways and support prioritization & time management of tasks, goals, objectives and projects
•    Expense report preparation and auditing  
•    Correspondence management – tailor correspondence style to the audience and aligned to the VP’s objectives.  Efficient & effective prioritization & response to emails, liaise/follow up on behalf of the VP’s, organize inbox and task rules to support productivity
•    Create, maintain, edit, and format a variety of correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, organization charts, and Excel spreadsheets. Maintain various departmental databases and lists.
•    Event management: organize events, logistics and execution. Liaise cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors – venue, catering & AV support 
•    Travel arrangements: booking flights, transportation, meetings and lodging. Conference registration. Problem-solve any travel issues as they arise.
 

Qualifications

•    10+ years relevant experience supporting a Vice President level executive in a large organization
•    Proficiency in full MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual or powered equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
• Repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance
• Consistent kneeling, squatting and reaching above the head
• Manage backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.); completing any required paperwork
• Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.    
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Qualifications

• Must have access to a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years
• One (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process.
• Perform standardized quality samplings and audits during production; organize collected data into electronic logbooks, databases, and report variances and non-conformities to plant management.
• Understand, monitor and act accordingly to support : ISO-GFSI compliance regulatory requirements, Food Safety and Quality programs as implemented by the company. This individual has the authority and responsibility to stop production should the product be out of specification and or observed food safety or compliance breach.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audit and isolate product that does not meet standards.
• Standardize and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshoot systems, equipment and processes for the department.
• Pursue excellente; continuously develop technical and personal skills to achieve plant-wide world class manufacturing environment.
• Supposrt production by utilizing time management is to limit facility downtime and ensure only the highest quality finished good is produced.
• Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards
• Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production process.
• Maintain highest possible house keeping standards to prevent microbial contamination

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred.
• 1 - 3 years prior production/manufacturing experience OR 2+ years relevant lab technician experience. - Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials.
• Readily accepts instruction from management/supervisors and executes effectively.
• Needs to be reliable and open to a flexible schedule.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and keep records.
• Strong computer comprehension capabilities including Excel and Word and various quality programs.

As a Full-Service Delivery Driver, your main responsibility will be within Vending, stocking vending machines, troubleshooting, delivering product, and collecting sales proceeds.

This role includes a good amount of daily physical labor while handling cases to deliver directly to stores and/or filling vending machines. You will be handling cases and using a manual wheeler for most of your day as you follow a route itinerary.

This is a Full-time position that will start ASAP. Standard work week is 40 hours with the potential for overtime during our peak seasons.

• Take charge of the backroom by efficiently organizing product stock, monitoring and reporting inventory levels, addressing damaged items, repacking products, and maintaining order with backroom materials like pallets and product shells. Complete any required paperwork meticulously.

• Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and orderly work area in strict compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.

• Cultivate positive and professional relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Regularly lift, carry, and position products (weighing up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height independently.

• Display your flexibility by kneeling, squatting, and reaching above your head with ease.
