The Savills Montreal team is looking to hire an analytical and detail-oriented research analyst to assist our industrial brokerage team in conducting market research, performing financial analysis, and assisting in transactions. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fully bilingual;

• Relevant degree and/or 1-3 years research and analysis experience is a plus;

• Strong data analysis skills (knowledge of Statistics Canada Census Data and Altus InSite data a plus);

• Strong analytical skills and high competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; willingness to learn in-house software;

• Excellent report writing skills;
