Responsibilities

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment 
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized 
• Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts 
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition 
• Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products 

Qualifications

• You are minimum 18 years of age completing a High School Diploma, or currently in Professional studies Diploma/ Degree program 
• You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle 
• You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job) 
• You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated 
• You have excellent time management skills

• Prior merchandising or customer service experience 
• Previous grocery store experience

What you'll do...

1. Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.

4. Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
5. Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
6. Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
7. Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.55. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
