The Level 4 – Maintenance Multi Skilled is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within an industrial environment.
Responsibility
· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues of the production equipment to minimize downtime.
· Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
· Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensure all systems are properly integrated and functional.
· Repair and replace defective parts, such as bearings, gears, belts and motors.
· Conduct precision alignments and adjustments on machinery.
· Execute mechanical rebuilds of the machinery and components.
· Troubleshoot, repair and replace PLCs (Allen Bradley PLC, Fanuc / Siemens CNC controls)and other PC-based systems
· Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
· Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and schematics.
· Close work orders using maintenance tracking system.
Academic/Educational Requirements
· High school diploma or qualification.
Certificate of Qualification for both Industrial Electrician 442A and Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A.
Required Skills/Experience
· Fully capable of Level 3 – Maintenance Fully Skilled and Electrician responsibilities.
· Minimum of 2-years of experience in manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of Industrial Millwright apprenticeship program of 8000 hours
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Industrial Millwright in a combination of both process-dependant industries and construction services including demonstrated experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial and process mechanical equipment and the installation, construction and commissioning of process mechanical and chemical feed systems.
