The Details:
This is a part-time position servicing our customer's stores during the daytime. The hours will range from 16-32 per week with potential for up to 40 hours a week during our peak seasons.
Wage: $17.60 / Hour
KM Reimbursement: $0.62 / KM between Stores
Workdays: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Sunday.
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.
Shifts: Days, scheduled between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

- Ensures the collection of appropriate clinical specimens and forwards to laboratory for analysis. - Ensures Tuberculosis treatment is adequate for the disease. Ensures compliance with treatment for a reportable disease
- Identifies, tests and provides follow up of Tuberculosis contacts in all appropriate settings including high risk settings (e.g. shelters, correctional facilities, schools, childcare facilities)
- Maintains individual/family client records and necessary documentation according to the policies and procedures of TPH as well as the Standards of Practice set out by the College of Nurses
- Collaborates and consults with community groups, coalitions and agencies such as shelters, schools, community centres, or workplaces to assess health needs, and in partnership with the community group or agency plan/deliver and assist in implementation and evaluation of TPH program and services
- Facilitates community partnerships, and liaises with community agencies, groups or organizations to address community health issues and access to TPH program and services. Also provides consultation on policy development and implementation based on appropriate legislation and best practices
- Represents TPH on assigned community networks and committees
- Mentors, and provides orientation and training to new staff, Home Visitors, community professionals, students and peers
- Collaborates and liaises with other professionals, community agency staff and City of Toronto staff to identify health needs and participates in the development of community partnerships and action plans to meet those needs
- Prepares, submits and presents data and other reports, e.g. such as documentation, professional reports (journal articles, conference abstracts), requests for proposal for managerial approval and participates in the generation of Ministry of Health reports
- Appears and gives evidence in court and inquests when subpoenaed in consultation with management and legal services
- Presents and participates in professional conferences and workshops. Provides presentations to other health professionals/colleagues

Key Qualifications
Your application must describe your qualifications as they relate to:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Province of Ontario
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree from a recognized university, with preparation in Public Health
- Considerable experience in the prevention and control of various communicable diseases, including experience delivering Tuberculosis Prevention and Control services
- Experience in providing direct patient care independently in the community to homeless/under- housed clients, and clients new to Canada; within a multidisciplinary team

We are recruiting for multiple positions and the successful candidates will work at our Albian or Horizon Oil Sands locations.
- Job location: Fort McMurray, Alberta
- Shift schedules 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, 12 hour days and nights

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure materials are received/shipped safely and accounted for through proper delivery and storage practices
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to transfer materials as a representative of the warehouse team
- Participate in inventory management through accurate counts and the delivery of all materials
- Provide valuable materials and warehousing expertise to drive innovative continuous improvements at Canadian Natural
- Utilize and maintain the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Mill Test Reports (MTR)
- Operate, inspect and maintain material handling equipment
- Keep a clean & organized work area
What you Bring to the Role:
- Typically 4+ years of warehouse or inventory experience within any industry (retail, transportation, commercial, shipping, courier, etc.)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and experience operating a forklift
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Parts or Materials Technician Apprentice/Journeyman Certification considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills
- Experience with a warehouse management system (E1, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Systems, etc.) considered an asset
- Experience with transportation management system (Oracle, 3GTMS, SAP, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) considered an asset

Key Accountabilities:

- Work directly with business area partners to understand maintenance execution requirements, forecast and manage fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and incoming supply to reduce operational risk.

What You Bring to the Role:
- Typically 5+ years of direct experience in supply management or inventory control, consulting, data management, business analysis, planning, or relevant discipline.
- Experience with:
- ERP systems (JD Edwards, Maximo, SAP)
- Supply chain operations processes
- Reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire, OBIEE, etc.)
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
