RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform access control provision duties, verify visitors coming on-site. 
• Perform concierge duties for c level executives including escorting them throughout the building.
• Screen visitors and direct to appropriate area. Appointments must be confirmed with the client employee before providing access to areas within the office.
• Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.
• Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
• Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons.

• Perform foot patrols on various floors and ensure C level floors are monitored at all times.

SUMMARY

They will respond to email, triage issues, and direct them to the proper authority for resolution. They also assist in the timely completion of reports. • Standard First Aid with CPR-C within 2 years of certification date (from a WSIB approved agency)

SUMMARY
