• Writing reports for our Security Management System (Technical Reports, Operational reports, and Incident Reports). 
• Responding to emails, creating profiles, activating HIDs, activating spare cards, access changes, and all other tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bilingual in English and French, strong in both verbal and written.
• Have a personal vehicle; public transportation is unavailable.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule (days, evenings, and overnights). Shifts can be 8–12 hours in duration.

Under the supervision of an Aquatic Program Specialist or Aquatic Training Specialist, this position performs responsible lifeguard and/or instructional duties at any City of Regina aquatic facilities. SUMMARY
Maintains security and safety of people and property in assigned data center. Observes and reports activities and incidents. Duties will include supervising the use of wand and metal detectors, service enhancement, and training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Identifies prohibited items and prevents them from being introduced or removed from a secure production area.

• Perform function checks on walk through metal detector (WTMD) and handheld metal detector (HHMD) at the beginning of each shift.
• Maintain Screening Checkpoints in accordance with the Screening SOP.
• Ensure proper screening procedures and techniques are utilized as per the Screening SOP.

• Monitor traffic flow of checkpoints and recommend staffing adjustments as necessary.
