We are seeking an experienced Industrial AI Senior Product Manager to join our team as we develop cutting-edge AI-based Aerospace & Defense Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the identification of investment cases, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to lead investment planning and evangelizing the product vision.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and roadmap planning, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. You will collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and help provide clarity on investment themes. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
The preferred candidate will have a strong background in the aviation industry, with experience in MRO operations, having worked with an Airline, MRO organization or OEM. The candidate will also have experience with the use of software in the aviation industry, understanding the regulations and compliance around it. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are crucial for this role, as you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and presenting product updates to stakeholders.
As a Senior Product Manager, Industrial AI in Aerospace and Defense, you are responsible for:
- Developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps for MRO-related products, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses specific to the MRO industry, identifying trends, customer needs, and building business cases for potential opportunities.
- Engaging with MRO customers, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure products meet or exceed their expectations.
- Leveraging knowledge of processes for Heavy Maintenance, Complex Assembly MRO, Component MRO etc., to inform and drive product requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and help guide product development.
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive transparency and enablement of product updates and roadmap plans.
- Helping develop and implement go-to-market strategies for MRO products, including pricing and positioning.
Qualifications
- A degree in Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; MBA is a plus
- Seasoned in the A&D industry, working with an Airline, MRO or OEM; experience with AI a plus
- Proven experience in bringing complex MRO products from concept to deployment
- Comprehensive understanding of MRO tools, processes and regulatory requirements, interfacing with Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions
- Deep experience in managing through influence and driving results through cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with customers and senior leadership.

Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In consultation with the Director, DTO and Cybersecurity, plans, implements, and manages security controls, operations, and response activities guided by cybersecurity frameworks, critical security controls, and the National Cybersecurity Assessment (NCA) framework.
- Develops and maintains cybersecurity training materials and manages role-based cybersecurity training programs. Monitors and reports on cybersecurity training compliance across the university community.
- Conducts follow-up with university community members who are not compliant with training requirements, including managing refresher training programs.
- Proactively contributes cybersecurity expertise to technical assessments for all digital solutions being considered within the digital ecosystem. This includes providing security requirements and conducting cybersecurity evaluations for RFP processes.
- Develops and manages the cybersecurity components of technical assessments.
- Leads and coordinates responses to cybersecurity alerts and incidents, including the implementation, maintenance, and review of cybersecurity incident response plans.
- Identifies and selects appropriate cybersecurity monitoring tools to ensure comprehensive security coverage across the digital ecosystem.
- Proactively monitors the digital ecosystem using industry-standard tools to detect malware, suspicious activity, and security breaches across networks, services, and applications.
- Updates cybersecurity processes and tools to continuously improve the program. Collaborates closely with cybersecurity program managers to ensure cybersecurity and DTS policies, guidelines, and controls are reviewed and maintained annually.
- Identifies, manages, and responds to security breaches, coordinating with DTS leadership to ensure appropriate resources and communication plans are in place.
- Manages and follows up on risks identified through security operations, training, and technical assessments to ensure risks are mitigated and resolved.
