- Automotive Service Technicians License, or desire to become Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies, innovate, follow instructions attentively, and effectively manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification, preferred
- Evidence of a "safety first" attitude
- Basic command of the English or French (Canada Only) language
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including web browsing and standard applications such as Excel and Word
- Must have a valid driver’s license in country of employment
