What you will do:

  • Review production schedules and allocate team members to complete schedules and ensure production expectations are met.

Qualifications

 

What is required from you?

  • College Degree is highly preferred
  • 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, warehouse
  • 3-5 years of coaching experience (including training and counseling others.)
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent at problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Able to adjust to changing conditions, prioritize and manage work processes and workforce flexibility
  • Basic PC skills

Key Qualifications

  1. Post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job function (i.e. business administration, statistics/audit, quality assurance, project management) or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  2. Considerable experience designing and implementing program evaluations and conducting audits to assess effectiveness/opportunities for improvement to meet compliance objectives.
  3. Experience supervising and training staff to foster teamwork and high work quality amongst staff.
  4. Experience researching analyzing and visualizing data to improve services and supports for staff and/or clients.
