Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular, Full-Time Logistics Attendant to join our dynamic Supply Chain Operations West Team.

Reporting to the Director of Shared Services you will be leading the Calgary location Cash Management department to complete the following tasks:

What you'll do:

•Manage the Bank Reconciliation, Payment Application and Misc AR teams for Rogers West, reporting to the Director Shared Services, Accounts Payable-Central.

•Review and approve monthly bank account reconciliations, investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

•Support all quarter and year-end audit information requests and performance of SOX Controls.

•Support all cash management projects including the Oracle migration as we move to full ERP integration.  This includes providing information/support as requested, testing in the new ERP environment, and providing accurate and timely feedback.

Main Purpose and Function
Performs routine to skilled maintenance and cleaning of ice rinks, dressing rooms, refrigeration plants and surrounding facilities, assists in janitorial and preventative maintenance duties, performs related duties required or assigned.  Is actively responsible for a variety of functions and activities related to the preventive maintenance and repairs of ice rink surface using the ice resurfacing machine and performs routine janitorial job functions.  Work is performed as assigned or on a rotating shift basis.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Operates services and maintains ice rink surfaces and refrigeration plants and related equipment
• Scrapes, floods and paints lines, maintains ice surface in proper and safe conditions using the ice resurface, edging equipment and hosing methods

Minimum Position Requirements
