This includes, but is not limited to: the preparation of construction sequencing; scheduling/staging plans; preparation of cost estimates; identification and preparation of site-specific reports; and initiation/ execution of project notifications
- Collects, coordinates, integrates and controls the project lifecycle scope, cost and schedule on select projects in the planning and implementation of capital construction projects related to green infrastructure on City streets
- Assists in the inspection and the reporting of construction work and materials
- Liaises with City Operations and City Inspection staff to ensure efficient and effective implementation of construction methods as per defined City standards (whether constructed in-house or by an external contractor)

Qualifications
