• The candidates should be able to use maps and other trip planning aids
• The candidates should record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
• The candidates should be able to accept payment or invoices for items delivered and keep a record of items received and delivered
• The candidates should be able to follow directions and read maps and provide customer service
