• Acting on email, in-person or online requests received in the senior officer’s absence, or seek guidance, as required.
• Book and coordinate meetings, townhalls, and other events by preparing agenda items, presentations, coordinating logistics and venue setup for the events.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

- Ability to travel to the site.
- Have your own suit. This is a non-uniformed role.

Responsibilities
- Performs tasks as related to the powder application, liquid painting, and blasting of parts, and ensuring that a quality product is being produced.
- Powder coating parts using powder guns while maintaining Salford quality standards
- Manually blast frames and parts evenly with the correct profile
- Experienced with mixing paints for liquid application
- Clean and maintain the powder room
- Apply touch-ups on the Assembly line and work with the liquid booth when required
- Perform maintenance on the powder, blast, or liquid booths as required
- Use and read the various types of powder thickness and gloss gauges accurately
- Clean and maintain painting and coating, ventilation, compressed air, blasting, and personal protective equipment
- Notify Supervisor of any damage to equipment or tooling
- Work safely and point out anything that may be unusual or unsafe to supervision.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial painting experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Must be familiar with liquid paint techniques and have a good understanding of paint equipment
- knowledge and familiarity with basic hand-held and air tools
- Organizational and time management skills
- Maintain a good attendance record and comply with company rules and regulations
- Physically able to twist and bend frequently
- May have to travel between plants (Norwich and Salford)
