We are looking for Mobile Security Guards for positions in the Kitchener/Cambridge Metropolitan area. You will have a clean drivers abstract and strong knowledge of the various routes and roads around Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph regions. You have a knack for providing excellent customer service and desire to respond and resolve incidents at our client sites. Position Overview:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to alarms, security violations/breaches, property damage and trespassers at various sites across the city including banks, technology centres and cemeteries.
- Perform safety checks and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Log all arrivals and departures and other data promptly.
- Respond to vagrants and de-escalate as much as possible, deter trespassers away from the client site.
- Patrol assigned areas when required in marked vehicles.
- Respond to all emergencies and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Escalate emergencies to law enforcement when required.
- Identify and report any security risks or hazards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- G2 Drivers Licence minimum with a 5-year clean driver abstract.
- 1 year of mobile security experienced strongly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
- Ability to drive-in all-weather conditions and time of day including overnights.
- Ability to de-escalate situations and involve law enforcement where necessary.
- Strong knowledge of the city of Toronto including streets, routes, highways and the ability to navigate alternate routes to respond faster.
- Knowledge of Google Maps or Apple Maps for navigation.

· Prepare quotations for new jobs, including material and processing costs, tooling, gauges and capital investment costs if required.
