  • Makes credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, including home financing, in accordance with sound credit granting principles and with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Acts as a key member of a collaborative and versatile branch and market team.

Qualifications:

  • Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
  • Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
  • Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
  • Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.
  • Experience in financial services is an asset.

What you will do

  • Coordinate projects internally (submission/execution)
  • Plan and monitor the progress of work (schedules)
  • Create, plan, supervise and assemble project files
  • Prepare purchase orders, subcontracting contracts
  • Analyze, understand and compare plans and submissions
  • Plan materials and site-specific purchases
  • Prepare, negotiate and approve all documents related to projects (notices of changes, deficiencies, statements, delivery memos, workshop drawings, etc.)
  • Analyze the progress of the work, quantify the schedules

 

What you will bring

  • DEC in building mechanics
  • Relevant experience of at least three (3) years
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ease of communication, positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Resourceful and structured
  • Great ease of learning
  • Knowledge of AS/400
  • Able to manage and structure a project from start to finish
