- Transport maintenance machinery, where necessary, between floors and job sites
- Cleans and stores equipment and machinery used
- Cleans glass areas requiring ladders, scaffolding or other extension equipment to reach.

- Loads and unloads supplies and replenishes cleaning solutions

- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications

Job Requirements:
- Experience in performing various cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance activities in an institutionalized environment.
- Experience in using floor maintenance machines, cleaning equipment, materials and solutions.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the provisions that apply to this work including WHMIS.
- Ability to lift, push and pull heavy items as well as climb ladders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, clients and the general public.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays and shifts as assigned as well as work in multiple locations.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, prepare and maintain manual and electronic records.

- Developing and refining the PM/PDM maintenance program. Coordinating all efforts with equipment custodians and maintenance management to ensure the program is properly approved and endorsed by both departments.
- Coordinating with planners and schedulers to ensure that correct PM/PDM inspections are scheduled and performed when due.
- Managing, controlling, and analyzing all data, records, and equipment histories to continually review and refine inspection frequencies.
- Developing solutions to repetitive equipment failures and process losses, implementing ways of reducing the need for maintenance, and ultimately eliminating the occurrences of failures.
- Establishing and managing lubrication program and oil analysis, ensuring all equipment is properly lubricated and oil analysis is performed on all critical equipment.
- Participating in approval of all new installations and major repairs, including those done by contractors, to ensure their maintainability and reliability.
- Complete all assigned work in compliance with federal, provincial and local regulatory requirements.

- Work collaboratively with the merchandising Supervisors and order replenishment team to ensure that revenue and profit goals are achieved, and that appropriate inventory levels and merchandising standards are maintained at each store
- Ensures a high level of customer service and resolves issues promptly
- Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance
- Execute channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage national brand strategies
- Proactively arrange time and territory to achieve optimum face-to-face selling opportunities
- Build or modify displays, sections, end caps, racks & coolers in line with Coke Canada Bottling’s standards and programs
- Be able to lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance
Qualifications
- One to three (1-3) years selling in consumer goods industry required
- Minimum of one (1) year in consumer products/direct store delivery sales/major account management
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must
- Proficient using a variety of computer programs
- Valid driver's license and driving record free from any major violations for the past three (3) years
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for use during working hours
- Post-secondary education is preferred
