As the Admin and Office Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for visitors to our office and provide administrative support to Jelly’s Partners. The position requires strong computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, with particularly high competence in Word and Excel. This candidate must be able to both manage a dynamic workload as well as focus for extended periods of time on singular tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assisting Director of Operations and Personnel with internal projects and tasks including but not limited to: scheduling meeting spaces, group hosting, staff meetings, team building activities, shipping and receiving, invoice filing, data entry, special occasions and other administrative support
- Assisting the Principal with tasks related to business development including but not limited to: research, reporting, data entry and compilation etc
- Daily organization and administration of communal spaces, reception, etc

- Regular care for all plant life.

We are currently hiring a Service Advisor based in our Burnaby SOLO location.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet when they’re seeking advice to protect their homes, travel the world, and ensure they’re safe on BC’s roads. You’ll meet their needs by recommending memberships or travel and auto insurance.

During a typical day, you will:

Greet our customers in person and over the phone to promote BCAA insurance products and services to best fit their lives, including new memberships, travel insurance, ICBC and optional auto insurance.

Collaborate with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend the right coverage for our customers

Identify cost-saving opportunities to support our customers’ life events and future needs.

Work together with team members to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals

Increase your industry knowledge and expertise towards becoming an Insurance Advisor. You’ll participate in BCAA’s training courses, maintain your annual licensing requirements, and keep up to date with the latest products and service offerings in a supportive environment.
What you bring
-
At least two years’ experience in asales andservice environment
-
Level 1Insurance license (or a commitment to secure your license within your first 45 days through BCAA). BCAA will provide time and cover the cost.

Completion ofAutoplanEssentials (or a commitment to complete within your first three months through BCAA.) BCAA will provide time and cover the cost.

Limited history of Errors & Omissions and in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC.

Comfortable using technology, including working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Bonus qualifications! CAIB certification, knowledge of ICBC systems, and ability to speak other languages aside from English.
The salary range for this position is $42,516.72to $53,145.96and is determined viajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 21.5%

In this position, you’ll often be the first person our Members see when they need help. As part of an amazing network of 100 Road Assist team members, you'll share your genuine passion for helping others by providing friendly and professional roadside mechanical assistance or towing services to members of BCAA and affiliated clubs.
Every day brings something new in this fast-paced, hands-on role. As a Temporary Full-Time Associate Fleet Technician, you’ll use your mechanical expertise and problem-solving skills to help Members get back on the road safely and efficiently. Whether changing a tire, diagnosing an issue, or arranging a tow, you’ll be the reassuring presence our Members count on when they need it most.
Enjoy a rolling 37.5-hour work week, with shifts ranging from 8 to 11.25 hours, scheduled one month in advance. Once you join our 'Shift Pick Pool,' you’ll benefit from a one-year shift lock — offering stability, predictability, and a better work-life balance.
This is a 12-month temporary full-time contract with the potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and operational needs.

What you’ll do:

Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to Members’ requests for assistance.

Provide roadside support including battery boosts, tire changes, lockout services, and fuel delivery when needed.

Maintain BCAA’s high standards of service and brand image through friendly, courteous interactions.

Promote BCAA and affiliate products and services to Members.
-
Ensure proper care, control, and documentation of BCAA equipment.
-
Follow all corporate standards and operational procedures.

Support and foster a ‘Safety First’ culture, adhering to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Serve as a role model and advocate for safety to all BCAA fleet members.
What you’ve done:
-
Completed your high school diploma and a certificate in a relevant field.
-
Up to 2 years of mechanical experience, preferably within automotive or towing and recovery or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
You’re a confident driver with a clean BC Driver License Class 5.
-
A proven track record in dealing with customer issues.
-
Capable of safely lifting at least 70lbs during Member service, while prioritizing safety throughout the process.
-
You’re confident using technology (laptops, tablets and smartphones) and have strong English communication skills. A second language is an asset.

Fabrication or millwright experience is a bonus!
The hourly range for this position is $29.03to $36.29and is determined viajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
