Minimum Requirements:
- Preference to those with a 3rd class power engineering ticket.
- Two years of experience working in an industrial / manufacturing facility

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of people, equipment, and the environment and that plant policies are adhered to
- Learn all operating units within the assigned area of the facility and progress in increasing levels of responsibility at the site
- Perform plant operation duties for smooth and efficient operations and ensure strong communication and collaboration exists between shift changes
- Report hazards and appropriately flag all plant-related issues beyond your scope to your leader
- Prepare and complete daily area logs and communicate significant changes and findings in a timely manner
- Have oversight to the work of maintenance and contract personnel as required
- Ensure timely action and process adjustments during plant upsets that are consistent with operational objectives and target outputs
- Prepare equipment and systems for maintenance and commissioning.
