What is the opportunity?

The Associate Director, Integration will serve as a critical cross-functional leader, responsible for the pre- and post-closing activities for Capital Markets Financial Control related to the M& A integration of wholesale business operations.  In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from the business, risk management, operations, IT and other Finance functional areas to plan and execute integration activities.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience including a minimum of 5+ years in SaaS, IAM, and Security

Perform database systems attestation to ensure compliance to set standards and requirements, and identify improvement opportunities. • Contribute to database strategy for reliable computer infrastructure, including development, implementation and optimization of data modeling; development of physical databases and stored procedures; data replication; data governance; data extraction, transformation and loading; and database administration. • Collaborate with external parties to coordinate, discuss, and develop direction, solutions, changes and recommendations on equipment, coordinated system design and operation, and issues resolution. • Additional database management, project planning and implementation, and advisory services as required. Qualifications: Education: 4-Year University Degree in relevant discipline. Preferred Work Experience: At least 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience required. Preferred Sector Experience: Should have significant familiarity with application of database systems and technology in the area of power systems and electricity markets. Technical and Language Skills Requirements: • Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational database management systems, data analysis, database design (logical and physical) and general IT infrastructure. • Significant exposure to database and computer systems and technology within power system operations and electricity market operations, including secure operation of bulk power system, metering and market settlement, financial systems, and big data/data warehousing. • Strong technical writing skills to prepare effective reports. • Overall strong English communication skills, including business writing skills, technical writing skills and verbal presentation skills suitable to a diverse range of technical and non-technical audiences including senior leadership and technical and non-technical direct users.
