Position Overview:

Wages: $ 18.00-$25.00/hr (depending on site and experience)

Shift timings: Weekdays, Weekends, Fixed or Rotational shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform access control provision duties, verify visitors coming on-site.
• Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.
• Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
• Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons.
• Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
• Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities and perform dispatch duties for the site including emergency response.
• Perform foot patrols inside and outside the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• 1-5 years of Security Guard experience.
• Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
• G class driver's license OR personal vehicle required for some positions
• Customer service experience is a strong asset for data center roles.

• Screen visitors and direct to appropriate area. Appointments must be confirmed with the client employee before providing access to areas within the office.
• Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.
• Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
• Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons.
• Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
• Perform foot patrols on various floors and ensure C level floors are monitored at all times.
• Escort and monitor contractors coming on site.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• 3-5 years security concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
• Ability to travel to the site.
• Have your own suit. This is a non-uniformed role.

Responsibilities

• Powder coating parts using powder guns while maintaining Salford quality standards
• Manually blast frames and parts evenly with the correct profile

• Clean and maintain the powder room
• Apply touch-ups on the Assembly line and work with the liquid booth when required
• Perform maintenance on the powder, blast, or liquid booths as required
• Use and read the various types of powder thickness and gloss gauges accurately
• Clean and maintain painting and coating, ventilation, compressed air, blasting, and personal protective equipment
• Notify Supervisor of any damage to equipment or tooling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial painting experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Must be familiar with liquid paint techniques and have a good understanding of paint equipment
• knowledge and familiarity with basic hand-held and air tools
• Organizational and time management skills
• Maintain a good attendance record and comply with company rules and regulations
• Physically able to twist and bend frequently
• May have to travel between plants (Norwich and Salford)

Responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, quality assurance and customerservice. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time. Serves as a customer’s first line of contact for a variety ofissues.

Essential Functions

• Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions, including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and answering
• Reviews, researches and/or enters data in various systems to support respective functional area Compiles data and provides various regular and adhoc reports to management for review and determination.

• Solve and-or escalate customer inquiries and issues
• Assists management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and-or files for review

• Supports ability for timely delivery and mitigates loss and damage by performing address searches/corrections through various sources and ensuring packages are in good condition for the customer

• Reviews and enters all Independent Contractor (IC) settlement information into appropriate system to ensure proper payments.
• Enters settlement adjustments as directed by manager Compiles required documentation to establish and maintain
• Department of Transportation (DOT)-required files.
• Verifies timely log entry into system Enters all individual vehicle mileage record information into the system and works with ICs and Linehaul staff to rectify any issues
• Tracks a variety of metrics, including the IC charge back program, complaints and maintenance compliance and prepares weekly reports for management review
• Serves as initial contact to receive IC inquiries or issues relating to settlement, uniforms, decals, etc., to route to management for appropriate resolution
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience

• Two (2) years customer service, clerical or related experience required; experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred
