The Transborder Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, identifying process improvements, prioritizing and contributing to the resolution of reoccurring issues while delivering on assigned objectives.  

 

How You’ll Help 

Prepare and proofread bills, reports, forms, manifest and correspondences to ensure the accuracy of text and format 

Work with customs brokers to get timely customs entries on PAPS shipments for seamless transit of freight 

Organizes with the dock to ensure accurate loading for the outbound lanes for the US gateways 

Creates Manifests for Outbound Loads ensuring all information are completed 

Cuts Line haul Order Number for the outbound load to be sent to dispatch 

Checks and updates Dangerous Goods program to ensure accurate DG placards are input into the system and driver will have these placards in the trailers that needs to go with the outbound drivers for transport to Canada wide destination terminals 

Sort incoming electronic mail and distribute within departments and organization 

Training new personnel on AS400 system 

 

Your Skills & Experience:  

 

Minimum of secondary education, with preference of post-secondary education (general stream), or a combination of education and experience. 

Previous Transportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles within transportation would be beneficial.  Business Management experience. 

Communication skills – advanced. 

Computer skills – accuracy, MS products, AS400, Truck Mate and web based programs. 

Attention to detail. 

Demonstrated customer relationship skills. 

Strong conflict resolution skills.

  • Understand, monitor and act accordingly to support : ISO-GFSI compliance regulatory requirements, Food Safety and Quality programs as implemented by the company.   • Conduct package quality inspection and quality audit and isolate product that does not meet standards.
  • Standardize and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshoot systems, equipment and processes for the department.

Qualifications

  • Develop, train, validate, and monitor machine learning, statistical, and AI models to propel our Digital Portfolio of customer-facing applications as well as increase the productivity of our Aftermarket tools and processes
  • Plan and implement the Aftermarket Data Science and AI roadmap together with product managers, product owners, business analysts, and UI/UX designers
  • Work in close collaboration with data and MLOps engineers, ensuring the models are productionized successfully and yield the desired outcome
  • Collaborate with aircraft system engineers, technical specialists, field service representatives, and our Customer Response Center to develop a state-of-the-art Predictive Maintenance solution comprised of a Condition Monitoring, Diagnostics, and Prognostics modules
  • Conduct literature reviews and competitive intelligence on AI-powered digital products and services tailored to the business aviation industry
  • Communicate findings to AI and non-AI practitioners alike, bridging the gap between technology and business
