  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings for procedural determination
  • Experience in operating CNC machines, lathes, gearboxes, heat treat equipment, and robotics
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook
  • Skilled in operating lift trucks, hoists, and using power tools for machinery installation, setup, and repair
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to precise limits or standards of accuracy
  • Commitment to ongoing education to align with evolving manufacturing technologies and company needs
  • Willingness and ability to follow strict regulations and security protocols
  • Ability to work in environments with dirt and noise typical of manufacturing settings
  • Confidence in working at heights without fear
