JOB SUMMARY
Transit Information & Marketing is responsible for the delivery of transit customer information services and new customer information programs for wayfinding and consistency of the OC Transpo brand and messaging to improve the customer experience and transit services in the City of Ottawa.
Working in a high-volume, operational environment with critical deadlines, you provide creative, layout and production assistance in the development of a variety of transit-related graphics, design, illustration and printing tasks for OC Transpo. You utilize layout, design and photography software to produce high quality electronic artwork, and assist with inventory, distribution and print-coordination.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of 2 year community college diploma in graphic arts or graphic and design production.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in design, page layout, desktop publishing and print production including print graphics, web graphics and illustration software.

You also prepare sketches, take photographs and field measurements of problem locations, interview complainants and other involved parties for additional information, and submit completed traffic assessment assignments to a Traffic Assessment Specialist for review and approval.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of 2 year technical diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or other engineering related course
Minimum of 3 years of experience in traffic investigations, traffic operations and transportation engineering or an equivalent transportation related field.
