QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to interpret blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Knowledge and experience in gauging methods, gauge selection, calibration, and MSA. Understand testing and inspection requirements.

• Speak with managers and supervisors to explain progress of jobs and to obtain instructions and tasks. Teach employees and less experienced workers to perform inspection tasks  Organize and lead meetings with employees

• Review priorities and diverse skills of workers to ensure job tasks are assigned to appropriate workers.

• Develop work schedules for quality personnel. Develop and monitor detailed test plans, gauge plans, quality procedures and inspection requirements.

• Ability to work independently to provide professional guidance and oversight to inspection tasks and projects. Assume a wide variety of roles to coordinate job tasks with those of junior workers, co-workers and subcontractors. Work according to company mandates for communication, meetings and projects.

• Functional knowledge of SPC, ISO9000 / TS16949 / ISO14001. CMM Programming experience. Ability to operate and troubleshoot machines and equipment. Ability to use basic computer applications and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to continuously learn to keep up with new technologies, new products, new information and regulatory changes within industry. Participate in seminars, courses, and other learning opportunities through the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all phases of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems audit program, including the planning, scheduling, preparing, auditing, reporting and follow up to closure to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the programs.

• Organizing documentation review for the POC on a regular basis.

• Assist in co-coordinating third part audits (registrars) and assist in Customer and/or Suppliers second part audits

• Assist in identifying strengths, weaknesses and training requirements of all personnel as related to the effective implementation and operation of these systems.

• Promote and educate all personnel in the understanding key indicator performance measurable and areas requiring improvement

• Co-ordinate with appropriate personal any related TS 16949/ISO 14001/QS9000 training (eg., Internal Auditor Training, Procedural Training) on a 3 shift basis.

• Conduct training of Basic Gauging and SPC with new employees or as required

• Report on outstanding corrective actions and facilitate problem solving activities as requested.

• Lead/monitor and co-ordinate layered audits, the QSB system and prepare monthly report for POC

• Monitor Customer Websites and provide status reports

• Update and distribute documentation as required.

• Assist when required with documentation activities.

• Solicit input from supervision on training needs and help to identify factors in the work place that can identify a training need.

• Participate in the Certification of Manufacturing Operators.

The Janitor position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of buildings, facilities and their surrounding grounds. Additional responsibilities include removal of waste and recycling containers and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Performance Expectations

· Run floor scrubber.

· Empty garbage and recycling bins.

The Clerk - Maintenance position is responsible for sourcing various suppliers for products and services required and purchase various items and supplies for Maintenance Department. In addition, keep stock and inventory control of maintenance supplies and coordinate sub-contractors.

Performance Expectations

• Issue parts, records withdrawal and up-date Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Monitor inventory level, critical parts and inform/up-date Maintenance buyer for replenishment as the need arises.
• Enter data from completed Breakdown work orders, Preventive and Predictive maintenance work orders to CMMS.
• Monitor and prepare packing slips for all parts borrowed and parts going out for repair.
• Keep track of all machine and machine numbers and up-date machine master file.
• Prepare report, charts, summary of maintenance activities, downtime histories, etc.
• Enter parts from log out sheets and maintain inventory control on parts stock.
• Some janitorial duties (garbage removal, snow shoveling, minor maintenance tasks).
• Ability to read lists of products, stock numbers, quantities and prices.
• Interact with maintenance staff to take on various tasks.
• Estimate by sight number of tools needed when necessary to reorder supplies, and use graphs to compare performance data over a period of time.

Group Summary:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program robot paths, set up program structure and implement offline programming
• Configure robot IO, weld interface and program call
• Set up structure for robot programs
• Provide robotic support and training as required
• Develop and control program structure as jobs progress
• Work on Robot drawings and configurations
• Train and work with other programmers to enhance skill level
• Read and interpret electrical blue prints, schematics and specifications
• Order materials for Robots
• Anticipate and solve robotic problems (troubleshoot)
• Operate various tools and equipment including precision equipment (testers), megger, scope
• Fastening down of tooling and robots
• Work closely with Robotic Supervisor regarding projects, monitoring workload and deadlines
• Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner and know how to properly lock out all energy sources, including stored energy
• Consult your Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor if you are not 100% sure of how to perform tasks in a safe manner
• Perform other reasonable duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands-on experience programming robots Fanuc and/or Kuka (# of years determine level)
• Good understanding of IO, transfer of information between Robot and PLC, and PLC functionality
• Good understanding of robot program flow and basic programming theories
• Knowledge of the CSA Z434 and RIA robotic safety standards and how they apply
• Experience in robotic spot welding, mig welding, material handling is required
• Practical experience and good understanding of electrical circuitry and wiring
• Sound mechanical ability to work on robot dress packages and peripheral equipment
• Must have own tools
• Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Autocad
• Superior mathematical and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as a team member and individually
