The IT Project Coordinator collaborates with Solutions Consultants, Project & IT Managers, business leads, external clients and subject matter experts to drive the coordination of project activities across multiple programs. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A university degree/college diploma in project management, management information systems (MIS), or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years project management experience in I.T.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with project management frameworks, including cost, schedule, risk, issue and status tracking and monitoring

Administration, Coordination and Validation 

  • Performs overall coordination & support in the areas of lease administration process improvement

  • Coordinates monthly rent roll adjustments with the TA 
  • Coordinates & monitors Lease Administration Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (DIAI, CFAI)
