Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for shunting tractors/trailers and picking orders, building transport, conventional and bulk loads, while operating a forklift/walkie rider in a safe and efficient manner, operating Pick Director and managing workflow for pickers.  Other responsibilities include completing required documentation, stripping and loading trucks, washing and checking trucks, general housekeeping duties, and other duties as assigned.

The Technician III is responsible for operating the facility including, but not limited to mechanical other supporting systems; performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshooting

• Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical and electrical equipment, and systems conditions and deficiencies and provides suggestions for enhancement and repair.

Maintenance

• Performs work in accordance with established processes and practices.

The Tenant Services Coordinator supports BGIS clients by coordinating the delivery of small-scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services and office services. This position is also responsible for coordinating the resolution of tenant issues related to the delivery of tenant service projects. They are also responsible for assembling the scope and specifications, tendering, financial administration and monitoring contractor performance for tenant service and base building projects.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, process and validate service requests received by telephone, e-mail, and personal visits and maintain service call / work order tracking as required
• Co-ordinate BGIS and subcontracted forces to deliver required tenant services within the scope of the position

Rogers is seeking a Transport Planner to join the team as an individual contributor. • Resolution of Network congestion issues and development of proactive plans to identify and avoid congestion impacts
• IPRAN/UAT topology design, optimization, and capacity dimensioning
