Responsibilities

In this role you will be working in a fast-paced warehouse with various oilfield customers. Receiving/shipping large critical oilfield units while also providing the skill set and attention to detail for our daily pick/pack operation. In this role you will provide support to our leadership team to uphold our standard of excellence in customer service.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to handle various weight capacities (12,000lbs and under) 
  • Loading and unloading product from trucks or containers
  • Pick and pack mining parts with accuracy
  • Provide support with labour tasks as necessary
  • Support inventory control (inbound/outbound/on ground) and accurately document
  • Ability to prepare load plans for truck and/or container 
  • Complying with all rules and regulations, protocols and established metrics 
  • Follow all workplace safety policies and compliance regulations, participate in identifying hazards
  • Ability to understand cross training on all functions at facility 
  • Inspect and verify product condition to ensure cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures

Responsibilities

The Lead Commercial Truck Technician is required to perform skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of tractors, trailers and mobile equipment. The Lead Commercial Truck Technician will have the ability to perform advanced diesel engine diagnostics to identify and resolve issues efficiently and accurately, as well as have the ability to repair and adjust all necessary mechanical components. Work assignments will be received in the form of oral, written or electronic work orders, but the employee is expected to determine the nature and extent of needed repairs. Major Responsibilities

 

  • Perform advanced diesel engine diagnostics to identify and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure truck fleet maintenance is kept up per the company’s service schedule.
  • Liaise with Reliability Manager to increase fleet safety and uptime.
  • Provide routine maintenance on tractors, trailers, and mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
  • Check all equipment for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Perform mechanical repairs on equipment in the shop and handle road calls as required.
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repairs required.
  • Perform incidental welding repairs on equipment.

  • Make recommendations for system improvements to the Shop Foreman and Division Manager based on diagnostic findings and repair trends.
  • Train other mechanics, including but not limited to diesel engine diagnostics and other advanced repair techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certifications as needed to maintain expertise in diesel engines and modern repair technologies.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques.

 

You Possess

  • Journeyman's certificate, Red Seal, or equivalent qualification
  • CVIP inspection ticket
  • A clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions.

Responsibilities

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery to manage the handling and flow of bulk mineral concentrates—primarily copper, gold, and ore—within the terminal. Major Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, excavators) to move, level, and stockpile copper/gold concentrate and ore within the warehouse and yard.
  • Push product into designated storage areas in the warehouses.
  • Push product into the loading pit/hopper, which feeds the ship-loading conveyer belt system, ensuring consistent material flow during vessel loading.
  • Maintain clean and safe conditions around the pit, tipper, and warehouse, removing any excess or spilled material that could interfere with operations.
  • Monitor material flow into the chute/conveyer belt during vessel loading and communicate with the Port Foreman to coordinate timing and volumes.
  • Communicate clearly with truck drivers and other team members to coordinate safe and efficient product movement.
  • Perform snow removal as needed to maintain safe access throughout the terminal.
  • Perform routine inspections and light maintenance on equipment; report any mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
  • Comply with all terminal safety procedures, environmental regulations, and reporting protocols.
  • Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training as required.
  • Cross-train in other operational tasks and assist during vessel loading or shutdown periods.
  • Other duties as assigned by Port Foreman or Division Manager.

You Possess

  • Valid Heavy Equipment Operator Certificate is an asset
  • Previous experience operating heavy mobile equipment (Cat 980 or equivalent Front End Loader and Cat D6 or equivalent Dozer experience).
  • Minimum 2,000 hours of loader and/or excavator operation in an industrial, mining, or bulk material handling environment.
  • Experience working in a port, terminal, mining, or bulk commodity setting is considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with equipment maintenance procedures; mechanical aptitude (welder, mechanic, or machinist experience) is a bonus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform routine equipment inspections and minor preventative maintenance.
  • A strong safety mindset and commitment to maintaining a hazard-free work environment.

Reporting to and working closely with the Division Manager, the Senior Administrator’s principal role is to update, create, review, audit, analyze and optimize all financial processes, documentation and reporting of revenue and payable streams for the Division.  The Senior Administrator also ensures all information is reported accurately and appropriately in Arrow and Customer Systems as it relates to all activities in the Division.  This role ensures processes are followed and items completed in Arrow’s various software applications on an ongoing basis and as per accounting cycle deadlines.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensure all information pertaining to Revenue is accurately created in appropriate software, is regularly updated and reviewed for accuracy and is regularly audited and reconciled.
  • Ensure all information pertaining to Payables are audited and reflect accurately.
  • Perform comprehensive reconciliations of accounts including insurance claims, pension, health & welfare, lease operator advancements and holdbacks, Union dues and Arrow Star maintenance.
  • In conjunction with the Division Manager, ensure that documented incident claims are entered in appropriate software and managed.
  • Code, total, batch, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash transactions in the appropriate computer systems.
  • Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements, lease operator statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems.
  • Prepare analysis and/or reports as required by division, internal and/or external customers.
  • Ensure all HR/Hiring and related paperwork is completed and filed appropriately whether internally or with 3rd parties (i.e. required Teamsters paperwork where applicable).
  • Ensure all files are organized and maintained and all office processes are streamlined for most efficient and effective operation.
  • Order office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs.
  • Provide internal and external Customer Service excellence
  • Perform clerical duties such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, emailing and photocopying.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public.
  • May be asked to get involved in operations administration and lower level operating duties when required by Manager.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety policy and procedures. When applicable, identify hazards and bring potential safety compliance gaps to the attention of Senior Management.
  • Comply with all rules and regulations, protocols, and established metrics
  • Ensure all information pertaining to payables including lease operator statements, Maintenance information, and regular Teamsters payments are audited and reflect accurately.
  • Responsible for fuel card allocation and timely tracking of fuel usage.
  • WCB quarterly tracking of lease operator account standing.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

You Possess

  • Understanding of and 5 – 8 years experience with the accounting cycle i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Month End and Year End processes.
  • Relevant post-secondary courses, diploma, degree or experience required.
  • Experience having worked in the Trucking and/or Transportation industry is a strong asset.
  • Excellent alphanumeric keyboarding skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new computer applications i.e., Arrow custom applications, Office 365, etc.
