POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related discipline, HR or Business equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years experience in an HR Strategist role
  • CPHR/SHRM designation; an asset

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support PepsiCo’s vision
  • Key business partner to operations leaders
