The team:

Scotiabank’s Global Network Engineering - Design & Automation team is responsible for maintaining the software and hardware standards for network, enterprise telephony and contact center technologies. Working closely with the architecture team, we are engaged in developing the platform roadmaps, participate in the Proof of Concept (POC) and responsible for the production pilot of new technologies. We provide the solution designs and work closely with all global regions to maintain common strategies and service methodologies. The team is engaged in all major projects and complex initiatives providing technical oversight and guidance to ensures all standards and patterns are followed.

 

The role:

Reporting to a Senior Manager, Global Network Engineering - Design & Automation, you will play a critical part in helping the team to design, deploy & support the various technologies within our Global Network.

 

When required, you will be a part of after-hours deployments or addressing major incidents in the evenings or weekends.
