Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Jackhammers, Nail guns, Sandblasters, Sledgehammer

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and at heights in dusty conditions
• The candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and adept at efficiently handling repetitive tasks, managing heavy loads, and lifting loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding job, possess manual dexterity, and be able to work in noisy environments
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required and able to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and mix, pour, and spread materials
• The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, and pave and rake asphalt
• The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and direct traffic at or near construction sites

• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain hygiene standards, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and package take-out food securely and hygienically
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to prevent contamination, handle and store cleaning products safely and appropriately to ensure workplace safety, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas with care and organization
• The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and presentable environment, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit according to established procedures and standards
