What you will do:

  • Responsible for transporting material to and from customer sites and other local locations.
  • Obtain necessary shipping documentation related to the assigned route.
  • Load items and orders into truck while adhering to a sometimes tight to delivery schedule.
  • Consolidates items and skids to maximize space in the trailer using a forklift or pump truck to load material.               
  • Straps and/or secures material so that there is no damage or breakage to the material during transport.             
  • Delivers orders to customers’ facilities, construction sites other branches or warehouses using the most effective itinerary or assigned itinerary.               
  • Unload products according to the destination’s applicable rules.  
  • Responsible for obtaining a signature of acknowledgment of delivery

 

What you will bring:

  • Valid DZ license required.
  • Clean driver’s abstract is required. (No traffic tickets, no points, and no “at-fault” accidents within the last 3 years)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Must be dependable and reliable and willing to take initiative
  • Able to regularly lift up to fifty (50lbs) pounds
  • Forklift certified or ability to be certified

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school completion plus a specialized technical or business course

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: Two or more years’ experience working in the HVAC industry.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current ODP card.
  • Ability to work with CFC and HFC refrigerants.
  • Comfortable working as part of a maintenance team.          
  • Knowledge/Understanding of engineering fundamentals necessary for effective and safe operation of complex building equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

Reporting to and working closely with the Division Manager, the Senior Administrator’s principal role is to update, create, review, audit, analyze and optimize all financial processes, documentation and reporting of revenue and payable streams for the Division.  The Senior Administrator also ensures all information is reported accurately and appropriately in Arrow and Customer Systems as it relates to all activities in the Division.  This role ensures processes are followed and items completed in Arrow’s various software applications on an ongoing basis and as per accounting cycle deadlines.

  • Ensure all information pertaining to Revenue is accurately created in appropriate software, is regularly updated and reviewed for accuracy and is regularly audited and reconciled.
  • Ensure all information pertaining to Payables are audited and reflect accurately.
  • Perform comprehensive reconciliations of accounts including insurance claims, pension, health & welfare, lease operator advancements and holdbacks, Union dues and Arrow Star maintenance.
  • In conjunction with the Division Manager, ensure that documented incident claims are entered in appropriate software and managed.
  • Code, total, batch, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash transactions in the appropriate computer systems.
  • Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements, lease operator statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems.
  • Prepare analysis and/or reports as required by division, internal and/or external customers.
  • Ensure all HR/Hiring and related paperwork is completed and filed appropriately whether internally or with 3rd parties (i.e. required Teamsters paperwork where applicable).
  • Ensure all files are organized and maintained and all office processes are streamlined for most efficient and effective operation.

You Possess

  • Relevant post-secondary courses, diploma, degree or experience required.

Reporting to the Vice President, Central Operating Unit, the General Manager, Kingston will be responsible for leading and managing the Kingston Market Unit and achieving strategic goals and financial objectives, in alignment with Coke Canada’s three-year growth strategy (Route 26) including targets for revenue, GP, EBITDA, employee engagement and corporate social responsibility.  
 
The General Manager, Kingston assumes the expanded leadership for the culture, engagement, and community initiatives for the entire facility to support our local bottler initiative. Based out of the Kingston facility, local travel is required approximately 40% of the time for trade visits throughout the Market Unit at customer locations.   

Responsibilities

  • Builds and delivers Kingston Market Unit strategies and manages a clear set of measurable objectives aligned with Coke Canada’s three-year growth strategy (Route 26)
  •  Fosters an inclusive team and culture that delivers results through a growth and entrepreneurial mindset – “acts like an owner”
  • Manages a team of 5 direct reports and oversees the hiring, development planning, engagement, performance management and terminations within the Market Unit
  • Develops high performing and diverse teams, supports development programs & succession plans, and connects talent across all levels of the organization 
  • Delivers results through full responsibility of the P&L for the Market Unit, collaborating with channel teams and lean center support functions as necessary to stay on plan  
  • Oversees and ensures implementation of consistent processes that enable organizational effectiveness to drive productivity
  • Enables the execution of Coke Canada’s commercial strategy by identifying marketplace opportunities, barriers, and threats, and leveraging cross-category insights to drive growth and defend share
  • Responsible for Market Unit forecasting accuracy 
  • Responsible for facility compliance standards and creates a safe environment for all employees
  • Builds strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and community partners that result in win-win solutions

Qualifications

Education & Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain Management or another related field
•    Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience managing in both unionized and non-unionized environments
•    Proven track record of large P&L management and advanced financial acumen
•    Evidence of developing and implementing industry-leading best practices
•    Demonstrated ability to facilitate cultural or transformational change, leading multiple activities or projects simultaneously
Skills
•    Big picture thinker who can craft a strategy and translate the vision into clear and realistic actions and accountabilities
