POSITION SUMMARY:

• go to the receiving area to obtain empty bread trays in order to place the outdated product that’s about to be pulled from the mainline and off shelf displays.
• merchandiser is first to service the mainline bread shelf by pulling outdated product from the shelf by color bread tag, orange tag on Wednesday and Yellow Tag Sunday. Merchandiser must ensure no product is left on the shelf with less than 2 days on the bread tag. Merchandiser is to service all off shelf displays in the store that support CB products.
• merchandiser is to go to the receiving area of the store to locate our back stock of product and bring the appropriate amount of stock to the mainline counter.
• service the mainline counter by rotating product to ensure newer product is behind older product, first in first out principal.
• stock shelves to ensure product is placed in the correct location by following shelf tags / product description / planogram.
• bring empty bread trays back to the receiving room and place them in the CB designated area ensuring the bread trays are placed in a criss cross pattern one on top of the other no more than 24 trays in a pile.
• review conditions with the duty manager prior to leaving the account and address any further customer concerns at that time.

What you will do 
You provide high-quality service to visitors at the Museum. What you will do
Reporting to a Manager of Security Operations in Ottawa, you manage risks to the Bank of Canada's information, personnel, visitors and physical assets by countering threats with appropriate protective safeguards through your physical presence as an armed security officer. 

You respond to emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, health and safety, intrusion alarms, access control violations) and assist colleagues as required to ensure that the security of Bank sites is maintained.

You operate state-of-the-art security equipment by conducting surveillance of vital areas of the Bank: monitoring alarms, detecting intrusion and directing response officers in an emergency.  You ensure that only authorized employees, vendors and visitors are granted access to the Bank of Canada, which includes verifying and updating details on the visitor management database and issuing and collecting visitor day passes. 

As the front of house, first line of security defense, you ensure the security and safety of the Bank, its staff and assets. You observe the behavior of persons entering the Bank of Canada or its property and investigate and defuse any threats or risks. You activate alarms and inform the Control Room and Manager in cases of emergency or the presence of unauthorized persons. As a Dock Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of overall dock operations, including day-to-day processes and procedures, to ensure safety and optimal dock performance. 

How You’ll Help: 

• Provide daily guidance and motivation to Dock Workers (employees and agency workers) to ensure achievement of operational objectives for the terminal. 
• Escalates issues of individual poor performance, inappropriate behavior, absenteeism, etc. to the Operations Manager.
