In this role, you will manage a portfolio of $2M across 200–400 small enterprise accounts, sitting within our senior-level Account Director organization. These accounts represent significant expansion potential and require a blend of scaled, data-driven engagement with the executive presence and polish needed to hold their own with stakeholders at large, complex organizations.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of $2M across 200+ enterprise accounts, partnering closely with Account Directors to drive retention, adoption, and expansion.

  • Serve as a credible point of contact for executive stakeholders at enterprise organizations, delivering clear and polished communication across digital and live channels.

  • Leverage customer health signals, usage data, and lifecycle insights to proactively identify risk, prioritize outreach, and uncover growth opportunities within your book.

  • Design and execute scalable success motions — automated lifecycle campaigns, onboarding journeys, webinars, and office hours — tailored to the needs of a high-volume, high-potential account segment.

  • Deliver targeted 1:1 engagement at critical lifecycle moments, including onboarding milestones, executive check-ins, risk mitigation, and expansion conversations.

  • Identify early indicators of churn or stalled adoption and deploy data-driven interventions to remove blockers and accelerate time to value.

  • Collaborate with Account Directors, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Support to align on account strategy and improve the overall customer journey.

  • Experiment with automation, AI tools, and scalable workflows to improve how we engage and support a large, distributed customer base.

  • Analyze engagement metrics and product usage patterns to continuously refine success programs and drive measurable outcomes across your portfolio.

 

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS/software, preferably managing enterprise accounts.

  • Experience managing complex enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders, departments, and implementation cycles.

  • Proven track record of driving customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and long-term growth.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior business stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, including product demos, training, and business reviews.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and customer engagement priorities.

  • Proficiency with customer success, CRM, and engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, or similar tools.

  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large portfolio.

  • Experience helping members in either a bank or credit union for a minimum three years, preferably where you mastered lending and investments, and you used your x-ray vision to spot sales and referral opportunities.
  • You are excited to share with the world what you learned during your post-secondary education in finance, business administration or a related field. And you aren’t done learning; you have a desire to know more.
  • You really like building relationships with a wide variety of people and want to help them with simple financial help.

Position requirements:

Education and Experience:

Degree or diploma in information technology, computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of recent, related experience*.

OR

A combination of education, training and experience may be considered i.e., secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent certification, and relevant coursework or certification in information technology, computer science or a related field, with 8 years of recent, related experience.

Recent, related experience must have occurred in the last 10 years and must include the following:

  • Software development experience using one or more object-oriented programming languages - Java, C#, or Python.
  • Experience developing test automation framework based on Selenium WebDriver, Rest API, Appium, Sikuli, or similar application.
  • Experience deploying test automation in Continuous Integration and DevOps, e.g., Git, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience developing test automation scripts in one or more of the programming or scripting languages: Java or C#.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading QA projects such as task allocation, designing test automation frameworks, metrics collection, risk management etc.
  • Experience managing test environments (TEM).

Preference may be given to candidates with any of the following experience:

  • Experience testing under an Agile environment.
  • Experience with test planning, test execution, test monitoring/control.
  • Experience with developing, executing and maintaining test automation scripts.
  • Experience with developing master test plans.
  • Experience utilizing test and defect management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Testlink.
  • Experience in writing test automation strategies, test automation demos and training.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining performance / load / stress testing framework and Java/C# scripts based on JMeter.

  • Providing orientation, guidance and informal training to other employees 

 

What you bring to the team 

Education: 

  • 3rd Class Motor Certificate or Higher 
  • Valid Seafarers Medical

  • Ability to develop and recommend long term solutions to improve operational efficiency on all operating systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of road construction and related activities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • OFA Level 1 or Higher
