What you’ll do:

Lead the development and execution of end-to-end strategic marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts for Strategic Ventures business lines, including Evolve E-Bike and E-Scooter Share, BCAA Auto Marketplace, BCAA Task Marketplace, and BCAA Connect.

Own marketing performance and accountability for business growth goals, key performance indicators, and performance targets aligned to BCAA’s strategic plan.

Create high-impact marketing materials, proposals, and sales tools to drive adoption and business growth.

Develop and optimize customer lifecycle strategies and end-to-end customer journeys using a customer-centric, data-informed approach.

Collaborate closely with BCAA internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.

Build brand presence through community partnerships, events, and activations that engage members and strengthen BCAA’s reputation.

Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and ROI.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; post-graduate education is an asset.

7–10 years of progressive, senior-level marketing experience with a proven track record of growing products, services, or brands.

Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing manager-level direct reports.
-
Demonstrated experience in start-up or new product environments, ideally within mobility and/or two-sided marketplace businesses.

Proven success developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets and performance targets.

Expertise across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 and is determined viajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
