Ensure SOPs and equipment are up-to-date to maximize productivity without compromising standards and safety.

- The candidates should be able to inspect, test, diagnose, and locate faults and malfunctions in mechanical units and automotive systems
- The candidates should be able to perform road tests on motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components to ensure proper functionality
- The candidates should be able to estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs and perform scheduled maintenance services
- The candidates should be able to test, adjust, and repair mechanical units and components to meet manufacturer’s specifications
- The candidates should be able to advise customers on work performed, future repair requirements, and provide customer service
