Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the proper operation of production machinery, and ensures that the maintenance team meets Management expectations, Production needs, and that maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and quickly.

To-do list

  • Plan corrective work, purchase parts and negotiate prices;
  • Supervise mechanics and contractors;
  • Plan for emergencies on machines;
  • Maintain equipment in good condition to make a quality product;

  • Continuous improvement of machinery;
