Our Inside Sales position is a crucial member of our inside team. They have the privilege of building strong relationships with each customer and are the primary contact for placing orders for delivery. What you will do:

• Responsible for completing the order process which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins; sourcing of additional products; and generating sales orders.
• Enter quotations and orders into the system with accuracy in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing, inventory, and specific delivery information.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by phone or email with the intention of cultivating additional business.
• Prepare quotations and process orders on behalf of outside sales staff.
• Respond to customers’ requests and inquiries in a timely manner.

What you will bring:

• Previous Inside Sales related industry (Plumbing & HVAC/R) experience is preferred
• General computer skills including Microsoft Office required, knowledge of AS400 system would be an asset.
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-based environment.
• Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking on a regular basis
• Fluency in both French and English considered an asset.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $59,000

The Responsibilities : 

• Through a First Choice lens, build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, government and suppliers 

• Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards 

• Install/Replace/Update POP material at the point of sale according to prior agreements or based on brand strategy (racks, price cards, display units, semi-permanent display, permanent display, etc.)

• Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on store/head office compliance. 

• Ensure product is rotated and check code dates to ensure no expired product is available for sale.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday*

• Scheduled shift: varies based on operational requirements*

• Package Center location: 200 - 770 Enterprise Crescent, Victoria BC

On a daily basis, UPS Drivers are to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on their assigned vehicle. Also, they are responsible in completing their daily delivery and pick-up schedules. They should be comfortable using road maps and other trip planning aids and be able to solve dispatch problems on route.
