Technician III is responsible for operating the facility including, but not limited to mechanical other supporting systems; performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshooting

•    Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical and electrical equipment, and systems conditions and deficiencies and provides suggestions for enhancement and repair.

Maintenance

• Performs work in accordance with established processes and practices.

Client Relations

EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
